Shark Bites Make An Appearance at the GMRI Seafood Celebration by Maine Course

Last week, we had the honor of participating in the Gulf of Maine Research Institute’s Annual Seafood celebration where we highlighted the new and improved Buffalo Shark Bites. Our team of Chefs prepared the Buffalo Shark Bites with a blue cheese fondue, celeriac & carrot slaw with a kelp puree vinaigrette.
